If you knew this was your last day on earth, how would you spend it?
I'd spend it with my family- I wouldn't spend it answering emails, and I'd stop apologizing to people- I'm doing the best I can- if its not good enough, get over it and move on, I'm exhausted by everyone else's unrealistic expectations. There, I said it.

Sounds like you could use a hug lol! Hang in there girl, your doing a great job, and remember that old saying, "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time." There are always those you can't satify, no matter how good your customer service is. It is just a natural component of businees, so keep your chin up girl and don't let it get you down.
Ah, thanks so much! You are the sweetest. I was having a rough week, I know, they just happen sometimes. Things are better now though!
